If you are a coffee lover like me, then you will love this easy frozen treat. I love a refreshing iced coffee on a hot summer day and this recipe for Mocha iced Coffee Popsicles is so good!
Ingredients: -International delight mocha iced coffee (I chose the fewer calorie version) -1/2 cup of heavy cream Milk chocolate drizzle: -1 cup of dark chocolate chips -2 tbs of coconut oil and of course Popsicle molds Directions: -Stir the iced coffee and heavy cream in a bow (a measuring cup works well). Then pour into your Popsicle molds. If you would like to use actual Popsicles (instead of what comes with the molds) insert after it has been in the freezer for an hour. -freeze for at least 4-5 hours or overnight. -Melt the chocolate with coconut oil together in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave at 30 second intervals and mix well. -Remove the Popsicles from the molds. Let the Popsicle sit out of the freezer to thaw slightly or run molds under hot water to allow you to remove Popsicle easily. -As a final touch drizzle chocolate over the Popsicle. Enjoy!!
