Have your tried the hot cocoa bomb craze? Here is how to make a Christmas Cookie Cocoa Bomb. I filled the bomb with cocoa, marshmallows and sugar cookie dough pieces! Ingredients: -Almond bark -Pillsbury sugar cookie dough (ready to bake kind that is safe to it raw) -Festive sprinkles -Marshmallows -hot cocoa mix Melt the almond bark in a microwave safe dish according to instructions in the microwave. Using a silicone sphere mold(trust me, a silicone mold is ideal....I had to work with what I had which was a doughnut pan), line each mold with a coating then allow it to set in the fridge for a few minutes. Then apply a second layer and allow to set. With your edible sugar cookie dough, roll very small balls and cover in festive sprinkles. Remove your sphere halves from the mold. Fill one sphere half with a little bit of hot cocoa mix, cookie dough pieces and the marshmallows. Apply some melted almond bark to the rim and seal with another sphere half. Coat the outside seam with sprinkles and you can decorate the outside of the bomb however you wish. Allow to set for a few minutes. Place hot cocoa bomb in a mug and pour hot milk over it. Enjoy!
