Happy Pride Month! 🌈Looking for an easy colorful dessert? Whether you are celebrating pride month or just looking for a festive rainbow treat, I got you covered! This recipe is such an easy dessert idea. Rainbow Dessert Dip & Chips is essentially a cheesecake dip paired with pie crust chips. Here is what you will need: Dip -2-8 z of cream cheese softened -1 cup of powdered sugar -1 tub of Cool Whip (thawed) -Food coloring -Sprinkles(optional) Directions: Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Then separate the dip equally into different small bowls and add different desired food coloring into each bowl to make rainbow colors. Then place the dip into piping bags or a large sandwich bag and cut the tip. Fill a clear bowl with one layer of color at a time. I started with blue, green, yellow, orange and lastly pink. Smooth the top layer with a spoon and place in the fridge for 45 minutes to chill. You can also top with colorful sprinkles. To the make the pie chips you will just need refrigerated pie crusts and gel food coloring. Cut pie crust into 4 and color each piece with food coloring. Roll out the dough in between parchment paper and cut into triangles. Bake at 450 degrees for 5-6 minutes.

June is Pride month which is an annual celebration of the LGBT community. If you are bursting with Gay pride or just love all the beautiful colors of the rainbow, you will enjoy these Rainbow Waffles for breakfast!
You will need: -Pancake/waffle batter -Food coloring for the different colors of the rainbow -sandwich bags Directions: Follow the instructions according to the box of your pancake/waffle mix. You will want to make sure the batter isn't too runny. So don't add too much water. Once you make the batter separate the batter into different bowls and then add food coloring to make the different colors of the rainbow. I just did red, yellow, green and blue. Then place each batch of colored batter into a sandwich bag and cut the tip. Spray some cooking spray on you hot waffle maker and you can begin making your Rainbow Waffles. Begin by pouring a circle of the blue batter in the center of the waffle maker. Then pour the green around the edges of the blue, followed by the yellow with the red batter being the outer ring of the waffle. Once cooked, enjoy with some fluffy "clouds" of whipped cream. Enjoy and Happy Pride Month! |
