 Nothings says 'I Love You" quite like Doritos Mozzarella Hearts! This is a super cheesy, Valentine's Day twist to mozzarella sticks. Ingredients: -Block of mozzarella cheese -Doritos crushed -Eggs -heart cookie cutter Directions: Slice the mozzarella block into medium thickness slices. Then use your small heart shaped cookie cutter to cut into heart shapes. To make the heart more defined, use the edge point of the heart cookie cutter at the top of the heart.  Next dip the mozzarella hearts into the egg and then into the crushed Doritos. Repeat twice and freeze the mozzarella hearts for 2 hours.  Bake at 400 degrees for 6-8 minutes. Enjoy!
