We are approaching the end of summer and I really wanted to make use of fresh strawberries. I made this recipe over the weekend and it was a HUGE hit! My Step Mom absolutely loved it! This is very simple to make with minimal ingredients.
Ingredients: 12 strawberries crushed graham crackers 1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese at room temperature 1/2 cup of confectioner's sugar 2 tsp of vanilla extract Directions: Wash and pat dry your strawberries. Then cut off the top where the stem is and remove cores to make a pocket. Do this to all the strawberries. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, confectioner's sugar and vanilla extract. Mix well. Spoon or pipe the cream cheese mixture into the strawberries. Lastly, top with crushed graham crackers. Enjoy! |
