Stranger Things Pumpkin

Stranger Things is my FAVORITE Netflix show. In honor of the season two premiere on Friday, October 27th, I decided to make a Stranger Things themed pumpkin!

First I spray painted a fake pumpkin white.

Next I took pink and green acrylic painted and watered it down a bit with some water. I began to make flowers to look like the wallpaper in the memorable scene from Stranger things. I also took a piece of paper towel and dabbed the paint so that the flowers looked faint.

Then with black acrylic paint I painted the stem of the pumpkin and painted the alphabet.

Lastly, with a staple gun, I stapled on battery operated Christmas lights.

It’s really great to read some new and fresh ideas here. I will definitely try those ideas you have shared this coming Halloween. This is really great especially for the students and children for their home. I am also a “Do it yourself “type of person that’s why I think this will be just really easy to make. It’s a good thing as well that all the materials you have posted are being kept by my mom at our storage. With that being said, I believe doing all of these ideas will be as easy as 1,2,3.
