Make St. Patrick's Day extra special for the kiddos! I purchased green Crayola bathtub finger paint soap from my local dollar tree but I have also found it at Walmart. On a smooth service (I chose the bathroom sink) make little green footprints to create a Leprechaun trail! Since it is simply just soap you could pretty much do this anywhere and clean up is incredibly easy. It comes right off with the quick swipe of a paper towel.
Have fun and Happy St. Patrick's Day!!

What is St. Patrick's Day without some gold? This is a festive craft that you can do with little ones or surprise them with it on St. Patrick's Day morning. Say that a cute little Leprechaun left it behind.
You will need: Some rocks that you can get from outside or purchase from the store. (got mine for $1 from Walmart) Mod Podge glue Fine gold glitter Foam Brush Directions: With the foam brush apply the mod podge to the rocks. Then sprinkle the gold glitter evenly to the rocks making sure to cover it completely. Then set it to dry. Then you have really awesome Leprechaun Gold! This a really easy craft idea for St. Patrick's Day that kids will absolutely enjoy. All you need is a paper plate, paint, glitter, cotton balls, glue and some festive stickers.
I created a pot of gold featuring a rainbow. Simply paint half of the paper plate black and the top portion the colors of the rainbow. Then you will cut the center. I found some adorable St. Patrick's Day stickers that had gold coins which was perfect for the fun craft project. I also added some gold glitter around the coins. For the clouds at the end of the rainbow I glued some cotton balls. There you have it, a cute paper plate pot of gold for St. Patrick's Day. |
