I have so much make-up! It can be frustrating sometimes when I can't find the right color eye shadow or lipstick because I am sifting through my make-up bag. This awesome DIY project will keep your make-up organized and visible.
You will need:
-Hot glue gun
-Magnets(can be found in art supply store or Walmart)
-Picture frame that hangs
-Fabric (make sure it is thin)
-Pre-cut piece of metal that is magnetic that will fit in frame(mine was 12 X 18 and I got it at Lowes)
Wrap your piece of fabric tightly around the metal and hot glue to secure. Remove glass from picture frame and insert metal. Then hot glue the magnets to the back of your cosmetics. Then you are done!
How adorable is this sock snowman? This is a great DIY project you can do with kids.
Here is what you need:
-White tube sock
-orange felt(carrot nose)
-any color felt you like (scarf)
-pom pom any color you like (hat)
-fishing line or white string
-16 oz rice (uncooked)
-fill the sock with the uncooked rice. Tie the top of the sock up to where the rice fills it (this is just to secure it so the rice doesn't fall out).
-next create the 3 sections of the snowman (small, medium, large snowball) by tying the sections with string. I used fishing line.
-With the top(head) part of the snowman roll the excess of the sock(where you initially tied it) wrapping it around the head this will be the hat. Then glue on a pom pom.
- next cut a small triangle of orange felt for the nose and with the marker draw on the eyes and mouth on the head of the snowman.
-then cut a strip of felt and fringe the end to create the scarf. Glue that around the neck.
- Lastly with the marker draw the buttons of the snowman on the body. Or you can even glue on small buttons.
You can creative with this project and it is super easy.
These dough ornaments are incredibly simple to make and can be a great gift.
-4 cups of flour
-1 cup of salt
-1 1/2 cups of warm water
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
In a bowl mix the dough and salt and gradually stir in the warm water. Once it reaches a dough like consistency roll out on a floured surface. Use your favorite holiday cookie cutters to cut out into festive shapes. At the top of the shape be sure to poke a hole with with a toothpick.
Bake the shapes for 1 hour.
Once the shapes are cool, paint and decorate to your liking. You can even varnish to make it last longer. You can also purchase self adhesive magnets to make it into a magnet instead.

Cranberries are so pretty and festive. This easy cranberry candle is perfect for Thanksgiving and even Christmas!
You will need:

I bought a small glass bowl from the dollar tree and simply filled it up with cranberries that I bought from Shoprite. Next I poured in the water. Be careful not to pour too much. Lastly I put in the tealight candle in the center. See, I told you it was easy!
From shabby to chic!
I went to my local Dollar Tree store and bought this cool plastic skull.
I decided to paint it as a sugar skull. I used acrylic paint and some gems. The creativity is endless! Try it.
You don't have to carve pumpkins to make them look incredibly awesome and festive. There are all sorts of fun ways to decorate pumpkins, the creativity is endless!
With the Large pumpkin I simply used an old pair of fancy fishnet stockings and topped with some decorative fall leaves.
The medium sized pumpkin I decided to paint with leopard print spots. I absolutely LOVE leopard print so this pumpkin truly reflects my personality.
With one of the small white pumpkins I decided to cover it with a fishnet and used it as a stencil. I then spray painted it with glossy orange spray paint that I just happened to have.. Then I found a nice orange and black lace ribbon from Michael's.
The last small white pumpkin I simply just put self adhesive gems on it. Perfect for those that love bling!
Hope you like it!
