This refreshing smoothie will really hit the spot for your Cinco De Mayo festivities!
-1 1/2 cups of chopped frozen pineapple
-1 cup of chopped frozen mango
-1/2 can of unsweetened coconut milk
-1 small 6 oz can of pineapple juice
-5 oz cup of coconut Greek yogurt
- 2 tbs of honey
-1 cup of ice
-Whipped cream and cherry (optional)
Add all of the ingredients above in a blender(I added the ice last). Blend until smooth. I topped with whipped cream and a cherry.
